Patriot International welcomes four new trainees, investing in the next generation of industry talent. 

We at Patriot International are proud to announce the arrival of four new trainees to our Aberdeen-based team. This demonstrates our ongoing dedication to nurturing the next generation of skilled professionals and underscores our commitment to fostering new talent within the industry. 

Our new trainees – Brandon Peddie, Joe Blakey, Dylan Brooks, and Julian Siwik – have all expressed a strong interest in the industry and are eager to develop their careers within the sector. Their enthusiasm marks a promising start to their journey with us. 

Our Training Lead, Harley Sherret, couldn't agree more, saying, "We are delighted to welcome our new Trainees – they represent Patriot’s commitment to growing the next generation of Oil and Gas professionals who will drive the industry forward and ensure its sustainable future."

Our comprehensive traineeship programme is meticulously designed to provide a robust foundation for these aspiring professionals. The initial phase of their training will see them working in our workshop, where they'll gain hands-on experience by cleaning, preparing, and testing rental equipment. This practical experience will allow them to understand the mechanical workings of the equipment, grasp the fast-paced nature of workshop operations, and comprehend the global reach of our business. 

Following their initial workshop immersion, the trainees will transition to our specially equipped Training Academy. Here, they'll delve deeper into the applications of the equipment, gaining invaluable experience in various scenarios within a safe and controlled environment. As they build their expertise, the trainees will advance to supervised field training, participating in live projects to acquire real-world experience and a deeper understanding of the industry's demands. 

The programme culminates with comprehensive tests and certifications, preparing them to join our team of skilled field technicians. Upon successful completion of their training, these individuals will be fully equipped to be deployed on jobs, contributing to our operational excellence.
