Patriot International Strengthens European Reach Through Strategic Partnership with STATS Group

Patriot International is pleased to announce a new strategic alliance with STATS Group to supply advanced mechanical pipe connectors and localised hydrostatic weld testing equipment across six major European markets.

Through this distributorship agreement, Patriot will facilitate the deployment of STATS’ industry-leading technology, including internal and external pipe end plugs, weld test tools, and mechanical connectors. To ensure rapid response times and reduced shipping costs for pipeline clients, Patriot will maintain stock of these products at its dedicated facilities in Belgium and the Netherlands.

While STATS has an established presence in Scandinavia, this partnership significantly expands its footprint into mainland Europe, specifically targeting Luxembourg, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

The partnership introduces technology designed to streamline maintenance and enhance worksite safety:

• Localised weld test tools eliminate the need to flood and de-water entire pipework systems, drastically reducing production downtime compared to traditional methods.

• Dual-purpose inline weld test tools serve as a verified vapour barrier before hotwork begins and can be repositioned to leak-test new fittings once welding is complete.

• Mechanical pipe connectors offer a weld-free alternative for repairs and tie-ins, making them an ideal, cost-effective choice for capping redundant lines or urgent maintenance.
