A maintenance stop consists of four stages:
- Inventory (Insight into costs and duration);
- Aftercare (Evaluation and feedback).
During the inventory, we look at what is required of technicians and material and the costs of the project are made transparent. With our own operations team, technicians and tools, we have a lot of control over the final planning and can therefore prepare accurate quotes. For example, the costs are known in advance and you know how long the maintenance stop will last.
The time we spend on a maintenance stop must be used as efficiently as possible. During maintenance, structural inspections are therefore carried out by us to ensure that everything runs correctly and according to plan. Is something off and revealed based on our inspection? Then we will tackle that immediately.
The correct management of staff during a maintenance shutdown is an important factor for success, just like the timely and correct delivery of parts and / or tools. Our operations team plays a crucial role in this, just like our experienced engineers.
After the maintenance stop we will hold an evaluation session with you. We take ample time for the correct completion of the process and will carefully review all the feedback received and improve ourselves where necessary.
