From a simple hot bolting program to providing a bespoke design for a special machining project, at Patriot International we are pro-active in finding a solution.
All breaking of flange joints, isolations, remedial on site machining work and test preparation is carried out and registered & controlled through our own project software, Patriot Pipeline-Pro. A complete flange register of all joints is populated and daily progress reports are produced in order to keep us focussed on that end goal deadline.
Obviously overlapping with the mechanical completion work, we aim to keep a seamless transition into the testing phase utilising a multi-skilled site team capable of both mechanical and commissioning disciplines. Final re-instatement through to ultimate client sign off is key to ensure “the foot does not come off the pedal until we cross the finish line.
The analysis of a project with regard to what worked well and what could be improved upon is just as important as the preparation since this will lead into the preparation for the next project.
