Main Assemblies:

1. Base Assembly:
   • Composed of three hard anodised cast aluminium bases with steel threaded inserts and adjustable feet.
   • Ensures the machine is installed perfectly level and central within any flange from 153mm to 762mm in diameter.
   • Includes setting straps for precise positioning.
2. Drive Hub Assembly:
   • Driven by a 1.2kw (1.55hp) pneumatic motor.
   • Provides rigid support for the surfacing arm and drives input to the gearbox.
   • Powder-coated for a durable, knock-resistant finish.
3. Drive Gearbox:
   • Mounted directly to the drive hub assembly.
   • Offers specific surface finishes through various lead screws.
   • Traverse is selectable by a push/pull rod, allowing for IN, OUT, and neutral positions.
4. Cutting Arm Assembly:
   • Mounted on the drive hub assembly.
   • Provides a rigid structure for the toolpost.
   • Achieves cuts up to 2mm (0.079’’) on flanges without bolt holes and 0.5mm (0.02’’) with holes.
   • Ensures flatness better than 0.04mm (0.0015’’) at 762mm (30’’) diameter.
