Personnel Logistics Coordinator - we are looking for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule travel for offshore and onsite workers, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Track technicians on and offboarding dates and gain timesheets and invoices
  • Coordinate crew rotations and logistics for crew change-outs
  • Manage visa and work permit applications for international crew members
  • Maintain accurate records of worker schedules, locations, and rates of pay
  • Work closely with Training Lead to ensure technician competencies are up to date

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics, travel coordination or related field is beneficial
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high volumes of travel and schedules
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
