Sales Manager

The Role

We are seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and promote Patriot International's services across the UK and international markets.

Working closely with the UK Manager and Operations team, you will manage the full sales process from lead generation through to project delivery, ensuring exceptional customer service while contributing to the company's continued growth. The role is based in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire, with regular UK travel and occasional international travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business across the service and rental sectors.

• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline from enquiry through to project execution.

• Identify new markets and commercial opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Consistently deliver excellent customer service and exceed client expectations.

• Promote Patriot International's services in line with company objectives and growth targets.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of five years' industry sales experience.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Experience working within a service-led environment.

• Ability to work independently and use your own initiative.

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Desirable Skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of Mechanical Completion and Commissioning.

• Experience of site-based projects.

• Experience of offshore projects.
