About the Role
Weare seeking an experienced and results-driven Services Operations Managerto lead and oversee the day-to-day delivery of our service operations. Thisrole is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable execution offield and workshop services while maintaining high standards of quality andcustomer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise serviceoperations across field and workshop teams
- Lead, mentor, and developsupervisors, technicians, and support staff
- Plan resources, labour, andequipment to meet operational demands
- Ensure compliance with health,safety, environmental, and quality systems
- Monitor performance against KPIsincluding safety, productivity, cost, and margin
- Oversee scheduling, mobilisation,and execution of service jobs and shutdowns
- Drive continuous improvement inprocesses, systems, and service delivery
- Build and maintain strong clientrelationships and support business growth
- Collaborate with commercial,maintenance, and finance teams
- Prepare operational reports,forecasts, and budgets
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in anoperations management role within services, maintenance, or industrialenvironments
- Strong leadership and peoplemanagement capability
- Solid understanding of servicedelivery, workforce planning, and cost control
- Experience managing field-basedor FIFO operations (desirable)
- Strong commercial awareness andproblem-solving skills
- Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills
- High level of organisational anddecision-making ability
Qualifications (Required / Desirable)
- Trade, technical, or engineeringbackground (desirable)
- Qualification in operationsmanagement, engineering, or business (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of health andsafety systems and compliance requirements
- Valid driver’s license
Needed
- EU citizen or valid work permit for the Netherlands.
